The Edge Legal Way

We at Edge Legal are not motivated by expensive leather chairs, mahogany desks and office views. We are motivated by client satisfaction, practical advice and value for money legal solutions. We believe that our approach to legal services is like no other.

Fixed-fee billing

As you may have already heard, we provide fixed fee quotes whenever possible. We do this because our research indicates that most people prefer to engage lawyers on a fixed fee basis, as opposed to the more traditional six-minute unit model.

Small office, big service

We choose to occupy a smaller office in order to keep our overheads down. This is good news for you because we do not need to charge you excessive fees in order to meet our operational costs. We prefer to invest in the important things like the delivery of excellent customer service.

Flexible approach

We approach the delivery of our legal services with flexibility. If you prefer, we can come to your office or another suitable location.

As part of our flexible service delivery, we also offer you the opportunity to retain us to act as your internal legal counsel.

We are here for you

Many clients have told us in the past that they fear picking up the phone to call their lawyer because they think it will cost them money. Not with us. We encourage people to pick up the phone or email us if they have a legal concern. We assure you that we do not have the stopwatch out ready to time the phone call so that we can bill you. We focus on relationships, not billing.
